Return Process

Freight and Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees
Exceptions
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be refunded.
