Clean plant, clean parts, clean handoff to QA.
From the stamping line in Cincinnati to the machine shop outside Toledo, Ohio manufacturers trust All Spray for the pressure cleaning equipment that holds up to a real production schedule. Sales, rentals, service, and parts from one local team.
Manufacturing in Ohio
When the line stops, nobody asks why.
A coolant spill no one cleaned up. A pallet jack slipping on tracked grease. A finished part that ships with chips embedded in the surface. Downtime, scrap, and safety incidents almost never start in the QA office. They start with the cleaning equipment that should have caught the problem upstream. The machine you wash and degrease with has to keep up with the work coming off the line.
All Spray supplies Ohio manufacturers with pressure washers, parts washers, scrubbers, and wash-water systems built for the production floor. Metal fabrication, machine shops, plastics processors, automotive suppliers, foundries, stampers, welding shops, packaging plants, and contract assemblers. We’ve outfitted them all across the state, from Cincinnati to Cleveland and everywhere in between.
Because we carry multiple lines, we can spec what fits your plant rather than push whatever’s on the shelf. Landa for the heavy degreasing bay. Mi-T-M for the shop floor. Cuda parts washer for finished components. One vendor, one invoice, one service team.

What We Do
However you need to access the equipment, we’ve got a path.
Some plants buy outright. Some rent through a project ramp-up or a shutdown. Some just need a tech on the floor by Tuesday so the line keeps moving. All Spray handles all three from any of our four Ohio locations.

Picking the Right Unit
Hot water or cold? Here’s the honest answer.

Hot Water Pressure Washers
For Grease, Oil & Coolant
Soap and cold water push grease around. Hot water actually breaks it down. If you’re cleaning machine bays, finished parts coated in cutting fluid, or floors that have absorbed years of mist and overspray, hot water saves time, water, and detergent. The temperature also makes degreasers work the way they’re supposed to instead of just smearing the problem around.

Machine and equipment degreasing

Parts cleaning between operations

Coolant and lubricant spill cleanup

Shop floors with heavy oil buildup

Cold Water Pressure Washers
Daily Rinse & Exterior Work
Lower price tag, simpler maintenance, no burner to babysit. Cold water units handle the bulk of what happens outside the heaviest production areas. Building exteriors, loading docks, yard cleanup, and general dust and dirt knock-down. Plenty of plants run cold water everywhere except the machine bays.

Loading docks and walkways

Pallet and rack rinsing

Building exteriors and signage

Yard, dumpster, and general site cleanup
